 have Rex Cannon as a guest speaker\, discussion addiction in young minds.
   We will discuss simple descriptions of addiction and its effects on th
 e family\, relationships\, the brain and most importantly the self. We wil
 l also cover definitions\, common experiences\, perceptual phenomenon and 
 guides to search for mental health resources that may not be common knowle
 dge in rural or socioeconomically disadvantaged areas.   This is meant t
 o inform and provide some clarity and hope to those impacted by addiction.
 \n\nThese meetings are an opportunity to meet with\, and learn from fellow
  professionals\, to share successes\, discuss a challenging client\, hear 
 about new treatment modalities\, or anything else that may be of interest 
 to the group.  The group typically meets every first Wednesday of the mon
 th at 1pm. We hope you will join us for 60 minutes of enlightening convers
 ation.
