 bers-Only discussion group.  The Zoom invitation will be sent to members 
 in announcements as well as a reminder on the morning of the discussion gr
 oup.\n\nSebern Fisher will be joining us as a guest speaker on November's 
 meeting.  There is no fee to attend\, however\, you must be a member of I
 SNR.\n\nSebern will be talking briefly about how neurofeedback and Deep Br
 ain Reorienting enhance each other in the treatment of developmental trau
 ma. The focus of DBR is on finding and clearing attachment shock that is
  held in the brainstem.\n\nMany in the field of developmental trauma are 
 recognizing that it is this rupture in attachment or perhaps\, even worse
 \, the failure of attachment that is the core issue. Without attachment th
 ere is no way for the child to learn to regulate affect.\n\nIn trauma trea
 tment\, affect regulation is first and arguably the most important contri
 bution of neurofeedback.
