  in couples and families who struggle with trauma and addiction. Evidenced
  based information will be presented to understand how trauma and addictio
 n can disconnect pathways that allow for empathy. Case studies will be pre
 sented from identifying markers that interfere with the ability to have em
 pathy in the QEEG. Treatment modalities will be presented and pre and post
